The best modality I know of to address deep-seated trauma beyond the story. We integrate parts work and meditation to reach a place of resolution, where previously triggering events no longer have charge. Brainspotting bypasses the thinking mind, diving into the subconscious to release what's stuck and create space for profound shifts.
By identifying "brainspots"—eye positions that connect to the brain's processing centers—it allows unresolved trauma to surface in a safe, supportive place.
It’s an intuitive, compassionate process designed to unlock resilience and gently guide you back to wholeness, helping you move beyond the weight of the past and into the fullness of your life.!
